Information for Clients

As a ‘one stop shop supplier’ Clear Links are responsible for sourcing all items of assistive technology equipment approved within the Disabled Students’ Allowance and delivering them to you as a complete package. We will take responsibility for the performance of all items in accordance with their usual warranty arrangements and our Maintenance and Support agreement.

If your equipment is being funded through Disabled Student Allowance you need to provide us with a copy of your Permission to Go Ahead confirmation letter (this is the letter from your funding body which confirms that funding has been agreed) either by post, fax or email. You need to send us the letter as funding bodies do not usually provide us with your details.
