To request support for yourself
You can contact Clear Links either by phone, text or email. A member of Clear Links staff will talk to you about your support requirements.
The information Clear Links requires:
• where you study
• your funding status, for example you have attended a needs assessment or received a letter saying you have been granted funding
• the type of support approved
When Clear Links has received this information we will begin the matching process.
To request support for another person, or to refer a Client to Clear Links
• If you currently have a partnership arrangement with Clear Links you should log in to the Online Resource and use the online form. You can contact the Clear Links office for log on details.
• If you do not have a partnership arrangement with Clear Links and you would like to refer a Client to us you should contact us by phone or email. We will discuss with you whether you will need access to our Online Resource, for example if you wish to refer a number of Clients, or for an individual Client we will take details from you. We will discuss with you whether we will be in a position to provide the support.
