Our support contract services are available:
8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
We provide comprehensive maintenance and support for supplied hardware and peripheries for the duration of the student’s course.
Requests for assistance can be made by telephone, fax, text, email or in person at our offices. Out of our normal working hours an answer phone facility is provided, or requests can be logged via email(opens new window). All requests for support made out of hours will be responded to within one hour of the office re-opening.
For support requests made by telephone or fax, a dedicated free phone technical support number is provided.
On-site engineer support is provided up to a 2 hour driving distance from Sheffield where we are based. Return-to-Base support is available by courier for the whole of the UK mainland, however you need to consider whether this is suitable for you.
