We work with both to ensure the right support reaches the people who need it.

For employers who wish to proactively provide support for staff regardless of Access to Work eligibility or while an application is in progress.
Key points:

- No eligibility restrictions
- Flexible delivery, tailored to business needs
- Can form part of wider employee wellbeing or diversity strategies
Access to Work
For employees or self-employed individuals with a disability, health condition, or neurodivergence affecting them at work.
Key points:
- Individuals (employees) apply directly to Access to Work
- Requires a short application and evidence of need
- Support is tailored to the employee's role and challenges
- We assist with paperwork and ongoing communication with AtW
