How Clear Links will look after your NMH support

Once you have registered with Clear Links, our team of friendly support supervisors will ensure you are matched quickly with the right support worker.

  1. Complete our online form to request your support. The form will give us the information we need to find you a support worker.
  2. We will match you with a support worker and send you a confirmation.
  3. You will be given access to our portal, Crystal. On it, you will be able to:
    • See your support diary online so you know exactly what is happening with your support.
    • View a photo of your support worker(s)
    • Provide feedback and rate your support
    • View and confirm timesheets online: it takes on average less than 40 seconds!
